About Us

Established in 1967 and registered with the Government of Bangladesh, Zahir Ahmed & Co. (ZAC) has been providing professional accounting, auditing, tax advisory, and consultancy services to banks, insurance companies, industries, NGOs, and government organizations.
Over the years, we have successfully completed assignments funded by World Bank, USAID, UNDP, UNICEF, and UNESCO, earning national and international recognition for reliability and excellence.
Zahir Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants, was established in September 1967 by the late Mr. Zahir Ahmed, FCA, FCMA. The firm expanded when Mr. Bidhu Bhusan Saha, FCA joined as a partner on 15 September 1973. Mr. Zahir Ahmed continued his distinguished service as a partner until his passing on 19 November 2014. Following this, Mr. Bidhu Bhusan Saha led the firm until his demise on 28 May 2017. Since then, Zahir Ahmed & Co. has been operating as a consultancy firm under the leadership of Mr. Deepak Saha, Lead Consultant, continuing its legacy of professional excellence and client-focused service.
